Rizwana – 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher
Rizwana is a nurturing, caring, and supportive educator who brings warmth and enthusiasm to our 3-year-old program. She holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and brings with her a strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning. Rizwana enjoys engaging in project work alongside the children, fostering their curiosity and supporting them to develop confidence, independence, and a sense of responsibility for their environment. Her calm and responsive approach helps create a safe and inclusive space where every child feels seen, supported, and valued.
Katherine – 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Educator
Katherine is our energetic and enthusiastic go-getter, bringing positivity and passion to each day in the kindergarten. She holds a Certificate III in Children’s Services and is a valued member of our 3-year-old teaching team.
Katherine has a particular love for the construction area, where she supports our busy builders in designing, creating, and problem-solving. She inspires children to extend their thinking, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations as they explore their ideas. Her hands-on, supportive approach helps foster confidence, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging within the learning environment.
Grace – 4-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher
Grace is an enthusiastic and passionate educator who brings a warm and inclusive energy to our 4-year-old kindergarten program. She holds a Master of Teaching and brings with her a strong knowledge of curriculum, intentional teaching, and collaborative practice.
Grace has a deep interest in exploring cultural celebrations with the children, creating meaningful opportunities for connection, belonging, and shared learning. She is dedicated to making children’s learning visible and values including their voices in all aspects of the program. Grace’s reflective and thoughtful approach ensures each child feels seen, heard, and supported on their learning journey.
Karina – 4-Year-Old Kindergarten Educator
Karina brings wonderful energy and enthusiasm to our 4-year-old program. She holds a Diploma of Children’s Services and is a passionate and committed educator who creates a joyful and engaging learning environment.
Karina has a magical way of inspiring children to have a go, encouraging confidence, curiosity, and resilience. She thoughtfully extends children’s learning and supports their critical thinking through meaningful conversations, open-ended questions, and hands-on experiences. Karina’s playful and purposeful approach helps children feel empowered in their learning and proud of their achievements.
